Two identical tiny homes totaling approximately 185 square feet respectively. Each tiny home offers a full size bed on the main floor and a twin sized cot located in the elevated sleeping loft, which is accessed by a ~6 ft loft ladder. Our tiny homes are equipped with AC heating & cooling, a small writing desk, desk chair, sealed trash-can, luggage rack and porch seating. Tiny homes are equipped with mini refrigerators, and can be stocked with ice, snacks and food from our onsite store and food truck. There is a private riverside outdoor lounge and fire-pit area that offers a smokeless BREEO wood + charcoal burning fire pit & grill. There is NO ensuite bathroom, however our air-conditioned bathhouse is nearby and there is an outhouse located right by the river cottages. A KEURIG coffee machine, coffee pods and coffee mugs are also provided. There is a fresh, UV ray filtered water spigot that is located next to River cabin 2, that provides fresh water. High speed Wi-Fi throughout the grounds enables guests to stay connected and access streaming services without limitations. Limit of 2 adults and 1 child per cabin. Parking available for 1 vehicle only. Bed linens included. Please bring towels for bathhouse. No check-in's allowed after 9pm.
